Mrida Greens & Development Pvt. Ltd. facilitates cultivation and collection of high value crops, plants and herbs, and their socially responsible procurement to provide income enhancement opportunities. With the help of field experts, we provide practical field programs to farmers and introduce them to modern practices which assist in their overall development.
Our objective is to work with suppliers, partners, customers and other stakeholders towards a long-term association that includes product development, quality and cost optimisation, product enhancement, dedicated capacity commitments, and value addition. A modern, well-equipped processing unit in Umbergaon, Gujarat completes the process by making extracts of plants and herbs as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
We endeavour to deliver highly nutritious agricultural products in semi finished and finished product forms, including extracts of products such as Aloe Vera, Morinda Citrifolia, Amla, and Shatavri. We also take great care to ensure that our own sourcing – currently being done from the states of Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir – is environment friendly and socially responsible. By connecting farmers and collectors to more valuable products and a sustainable consumer base, Mrida Greens supports social uplift.
OUR STRENGTHS
State of Art Manufacturing Facility
Mrida Greens has invested in a full-fledged extraction facility in Umbergaon – Gujarat, with a capacity to process 20 MT of dried herbs into herbal extract powders. It is well equipped with modern equipment for aqua based extraction – extractors, grinding, blending, sifting equipment, spray dryer, tray dryer, roll compactor, granulator etc.
It is manned by an experienced team under well-qualified, professional leadership, and includes an in-house Quality Control Lab and facilities for checking products at each stage starting from incoming raw material to despatch of finished products to customers, ensuring the best of quality and consistency
In-house Research & Development
A well-equipped R&D setup facilitates ongoing improvement in the existing range of products, and a regular pipeline of new products for B2B customers as well as B2C products.
The availability and utilisation of lab scale equipment at Umbergaon ensures that all products go through an intensive trial process before production batches are taken up on a larger scale.
The laboratory is not only equipped with sophisticated instruments but also manned by highly skilled and experienced professionals.
Wide & Customised Product Range
From single herb to multiple herbs extract that are custom made for clients, can be developed with the help of highly trained and passionate professionals. We have the capacity to create a whole range of aqueous based extract at our production facility.
In conjunction with partners and business associates, Mrida Greens also undertakes contracts for supply of solvent based and phyto-extracts, production of which is carried out under the supervision of our experienced team to ensure desired quality and service to customers.
